►Vegetable tanned leather
This design studio only uses vegetable tanned leather imported from Italy/Europe. It is different from seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather. The characteristics of vegetable tanned leather are natural and environmentally friendly, retaining the growth of cattle. The unique lines and marks left by the process, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood tendons, etc., are not flaws. During the processing, transportation and production of leather, it is inevitable that there will be small indentations, scratches, etc. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we will consider it to be within the normal range. Based on respect for life and natural materials, except for large scars, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them. If you mind, please consider it.

►Purely handmade
is purely handmade. Every step from coloring, anti-dyeing, drilling, and sewing is done by hand. The finished product cannot be compared with the perfect product produced by a machine. But it has another kind of delicate temperature and texture. In addition, with time and different usage habits, the leather will leave personal traces of scratches, become darker, lose luster, etc., and slowly take on a unique appearance that is unique to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable tanned leather. Characteristics make each leather work unique and charming.

►Color
First of all, there is a color difference in the screen display. In addition, even if it is the same brand, but it is purchased in different batches and stored at different times, the color of the leather will also vary. Even if it is the same piece of leather, different parts of the leather have different textures and different colors. The color of the two orders will not be the same, please refer to the actual product.

►About customization
This product is a [customized order], please note the customization requirements such as "stitching" and "embossed text and fonts" when placing the order. If there is no comment when placing an order, you agree that the color of the "stitching" will be selected by the designer on your behalf, and the "embossed text" will be left blank. Since each order is "customized", it cannot be sold to others (the stitches cannot be changed on the finished product, nor can the text be re-embossed). Therefore, unless the specifications are wrong, our "customized products" have no appreciation period. Returns and exchanges are also not accepted. Please understand and consider this part‍♂️

►Review
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, please send us a private message first. We attach great importance to the customer"s opinion and will try our best to communicate and deal with it. If you leave a bad review without communication, you will lose basic mutual respect. We will treat it as a completed order and will not provide after-sales service.

►Shipping
． For each additional piece in the order quantity or special specifications, the production period will be extended by about 1-2 days. Please contact the designer
for details. Additional shipping costs for overseas islands and remote areas are not included in the basic shipping cost. If any happens, the buyer will bear it.
． All shipments to Hong Kong, Macao and China will be shipped via SF Express. If there are residential areas or places far away, SF Express will charge an additional surcharge (pay on collect)
