❷ The designer will communicate with you based on the above information. Once you confirm to order, the designer will open an independent order for you.
❸ After payment, the designer will perform color matching and production based on the above information. The work will be completed within 4 working days from the next day of payment. [Design content is subject to the final decision of the designer]
❹ Upon completion, the designer will send you a photo of item and send the work on the next business day. [except for Korea public holidays]
❺ After the product is shipped, the designer will send you the registered mail number on the same day.

❀About Packaging
◍All items come with a beautiful carton.
◍Send the package by default as Korea Post"s new carton.

❀About Delivery
◍Ship from South Korea.
◍Spot items are shipped by default within two working days after payment. [except for Korea public holidays]
◍Order/customized products will be shipped on the next working day of the production completion date. [except for Korea public holidays]
◍All goods are sent in the same way as Korea Post"s international airmail with tracking number. [Upgrade to EMS service will be charge]
