｜Grounding In Moonlight｜ Painting 60x60 cm

This painting portray a happy image, it"s the time when we know exactly who we are and ground on the land. The bougainvillea look like yellow angels dancing and celebrating this moment. All the seeds in the soil have sprouted and grow up slowly, some of them climbed on our toes,  feet, calves, thighs, the whole body till the sky. When we look down, the naked feet have grounded into the land, become a part of nature. 

The symbolic meaning of bougainvillea is considered a symbol of peace and for some claims it stands for a sign of welcoming visitors and beauty.  Hawaii sometimes natives exchanges the orchids used in leis with florets of bougainvillea on special occasions.  Other celebrated meanings are abundance, prosperity and passion for relationships.

The motion of the Heavenly Spheres, 
it feels colourless, tasteless, abstract and unrefined. 
The movements circle in our bodies like fertilizing plants in the land.

My face is covered in moonlight, silently; 
This brightness from the spaces guides me to awaken the energy of my body. 
The illuminations of the Moon glow in variety of colours, platinum – umber – grey; but the shades of the Moon are timeless to me.

The Moon’s gravitational pull on the Earth creates the rise and fall of ocean tides. 
The quietness, the waves merge into one. 
A silent resonance. 
All creatures hold hands together and stand in line under the Moon-shine. 
We take the journey through the unconditional love of Mother Earth; 
it nurtures, heals and purifies our minds.
