　ペリッセロ Pelissero

全てのブドウを自社セラーでボトリング
時代の移り変わりと共に少しずつ自らの手で醸造を始め１９６０年初めてペリッセロの名でボトリングしました。
現在は創業者の孫であるジョルジョ・ペリッセロがオーナー兼醸造責任者を務め、全てのブドウを自社セラーでボトリングまで行っています。クーネオ県トレイゾに所有する約２０ヘクタールの自社畑ではバルベラとドルチェット、そしてバルバレスコに使用するネッビオーロを中心に、いくつかのピエモンテの土着品種を栽培しています。

輝きを帯びた濃いルビーレッド色。豊かな果実香が生き生きとしかも優雅に広がり、続いて木樽独特のほのかな樽香が絶妙なアクセントを添える。しっかりした酸とタンニンがバランス良く豊かな果実香が最大限に生かされた飲み飽きしないワイン。余韻も長く楽しめる。（写真は2007産のものを使用）
