JUZEK Bridge Foot Fitter for Bass 02 駒脚加工治具

コントラバスのの駒を表板にピッタリと合わせるための道具。
 サンドペーパーをバスの表板に載せて前後に移動 させて駒の底部
 を削りながらフィットさせます。Juzec社より既に発売のバイオリン、チェロ
 用のコントラバス版です。

 、微調整などには特に便利です。 
 
 
 
The Bridge Foot JIg is used by clamping the bridge firmly between the plates so that it wil assume the desired forward lean when it is set in its correct position on the bass top. The jig is then rolled back and forth the feet to the curvature ot the top for a perfect fit. Used adequate masking tape or form of surface portection to prevent the wheel from damaging the top of ther bass.
 
 
 
バイオリンやヴィオラと異なり、バス駒は削り取る 底辺木部の量も多く、 購入した状態の駒のままでは大変な作業となります。 ナイフ、カンナ、グラインダー等の道具で前処理後にこのjigを ご使用に な るようお勧めします。
 前処理で削る部分は、既にご存知でしょうが楽 器の表板に した鉛筆等で 各脚部の周りに沿って鉛筆等でマーキ ングしていくと良いでしょう。
 
 作業により表板がキズつかにように、マスキングテープでクリヤファイルなどで作業面を保護してから作業すると良いでしょう。
