►Vegetable tanned leather
This design shop only uses vegetable tanned leather imported from Italy/Europe, which is different from seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather , The characteristics of vegetable tanned leather are natural and environmentally friendly, retaining the unique lines and marks left by cattle during the growth process, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood tendons, etc., such marks are not flaws. During the process of leather processing, transportation and production, it is inevitable that there will be small indentations, scratches, etc. If the leather surface is not damaged, we will also regard it as a normal range. Based on respect for life and natural materials, except for large-scale scars, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, please consider if you mind.

►Purely handmade
is purely handmade, from coloring, anti-dyeing treatment, punching, sewing, every step is done by hand, and the finished product cannot be compared with the perfect product produced by the machine. But there is another delicate temperature and texture. In addition, with time and different usage habits, the leather will leave personal use scratches, darken, shine, etc., and slowly present a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the essence of vegetable tanned leather. characteristics that make each leather creation unique and fascinating.

►Color
First of all, the screen display has color difference. In addition, even if the same brand is purchased from different batches and stored for different times, the color of the leather also has a difference. Even if it is the same piece of leather, different parts of the leather texture have different degrees of color. The color of the two orders before and after will not be the same, please refer to the actual product.

►About customization
This product is [customized order], please note custom requirements such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font" when placing an order. If there is no remark when placing an order, it means that you agree that the "stitching" will be selected by the designer, and the "embossed text" will be left blank. Since each order is "customized", it cannot be sold to others (the finished product cannot be replaced with stitches, nor can it be re-embossed). Therefore, unless the specifications are wrong, our "customized products" have no appreciation period. Returns are also not accepted. Please understand and consider this part‍♂️

►Because there are not many leather stocks, if there are large scars on the leather surface or damage during the production process, which makes it impossible to make large-scale leather products, both parties agree to refund in full deal with.

►Evaluate
Customers who are not satisfied with the products received, please private message us first, we attach great importance to the opinions of customers, and will try our best to communicate and deal with them. If there is no communication, you will lose the basic mutual respect and we will regard it as the completion of the order and will not provide after-sales service.

►Shipping Instructions
． The production period will be extended by about 1-2 days for each additional order or special specifications. For details, please contact the designer.
. Additional shipping charges for outlying islands and remote areas are not included in the basic shipping charges. If any occurs, the buyer shall bear it.
. All shipments to Hong Kong, Macau and China will be delivered by SF Express. If there is a residential area or spread far, SF Express will charge a surcharge (pay on delivery).
